OUR SHIPPING POLICY

When will my order be processed?

We do not ship nor deliver on holidays or weekends. Our goal is to ship all in-stock RETAIL orders received before 2:00 p.m. EST on the same day they are received. If you need a guaranteed delivery then please select a premium shipping method.

If you request any express delivery, your order must be received by 2:00pm EST Monday through Friday for it to ship out that same business day. Express shipment requests on Saturday or Sunday will ship the following business day. Resellers should refer to their agreement for their specific shipping policy.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

If your order fits all authorization criteria and no item within your order is on backordered status, then your order will ship on time (see above). Note: We do not ship nor deliver on holidays or weekends.

FEDEX/UPS Next Day Early A.M.: Before 10:00 a.m. on the following business day. Sometimes sooner if delivery is to a major city.

FEDEX/UPS Next Day Air: Before the end of the next business, typically before 12 if delivery to major city.

FEDEX/UPS Next Day Air Saver: Before the end of business the following business day.

FEDEX/UPS 2nd Day Air: By the end of the second business day.

FEDEX/UPS 3-Day Select: Guaranteed by the end of 3 business days after the order is shipped.

FEDEX/UPS Ground: Average 2 - 5 business days depending on destination.
Note: There is NO GUARANTEED DELIVERY on GROUND SHIPMENTS

Do you ship orders outside of the United States?

Yes, we utilize FEDEX/UPS to ship international orders. We can only ship to international locations served by FEDEX/UPS. All international orders are sent via FEDEX/UPS in order to provide tracking and insurance protection. All taxes, duties and related fees are the responsibility of the receiver. E3 EarthWear is not responsible for any taxes, custom duties or related fees.

Do you ship to military addresses or P.O. Boxes?

NO sorry but we cannot deliver to a P.O. box or APO, FPO or AFB address.
