E3 EarthWear is a brand with a mission. We are dedicated to effecting the greatest positive change for society and ourselves. We achieve this goal through the profound medium of clothing and its creative design.

We are a Sustainable Clothing Company, using only Certified Organic cotton clothing made in the U.S. and water-based, non-PVC printing technologies from environmentally friendly companies that meet our highest standards. We minimize shipping through direct sourcing, production, and distribution.

E3 promotes the paradigm of personal, social, and global responsibility for our future. E3 follows the structure of Learning Organizations, which seeks continuous improvement and positive feedback cycles.

E3 EarthWear is majority owned by its associates. E3 has developed a "profit sharing program" that is made available to organizations promoting similar goals and values. E3 creates original designs to stimulate thought and prove that social responsibility can breed models that work. E3 empowers current generations of young leaders to make a difference.

OUR MISSION

We are building a whole new business model based on the foundational principles of Sustainability – Ecology, Economy, Equity. Why? Because conventional cotton T-shirts require 1/3 of a pound of

pesticides, polluting our soil and water, and causing untold damages to our fragile ecosystems.

Because our society is dominated by irreverent, perverse trends that promote a loss of culture,

purpose, and value.

E3 EarthWear supports the young leaders who are active in transforming our social, ecological, and economic values towards a cleaner, more just and peaceful society.

Clothing is a fundamental element of our culture - if it is changed, it shall produce a domino effect.

We owe it to ourselves, to our habitat, environment, and future generations to come.

OUR TEAM

E3 EarthWear is an Evolutionary Corporation, which considers the needs and demands of our current social and environmental circumstances. E3 is comprised of five core staff and developers; all five founding members are volunteering, working for deferred compensation and altruistic satisfaction.

Each member of our team is personally engaged in the larger sustainability movement. Our motives are simple: to establish a new business model, provide environmentally friendly clothing, while promoting creativity, efficacy, and purpose.
